The textual commentaries associated with each artist’s work were prepared by undergraduate students taking Aesthetics and Art Criticism at Loyola University New Orleans and remains their sole property. The project was proposed as a service learning exercise by their instructor and editor, Dr. S. Hunter, Associate Professor of Art History & Visual Culture, Department of Visual Arts, College of Music & Fine Arts, Loyola University New Orleans, on behalf of the St. Claude Collective and at the request of Andy Antippas, Director of Barrister’s Gallery.
